IN STOCK - In stock at our warehouse and ready to ship. Items that are labeled IN STOCK or have a inventory
quantity listed on the product detail page normally ship in 1-2 business days.

AVAILABLE - These items are readily available at our distributor. Items that are labeled AVAILABLE on the product
detail page normally ship in 2-3 business days.

SHIPS FACTORY DIRECT- These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items that are labeled
SHIPS FACTORY DIRECT on the product detail page normally ship in 3-5 business days, however it may take longer
depending on the specific item. Most Honda parts normally ship within 5-10 business days. If your item is delayed or
backordered we will notify you through the e-mail address you provided.

LIFTGATE SERVICE
Add Liftgate Service For Easy Unloading?
With any heavy (150 LBS+) or over-sized equipment you can order a special truck equipped with a hydraulic lift to
safely lower the product from the truck to the ground.

If you have a loading dock or forklift, you DO NOT need liftgate service.

If you are a residential customer, you are reccommended to have AT LEAST 2-4 people present to unload the equipment.

Truck drivers are not required to help you lift the products if you do not choose the liftgate option.

FACTORY RECONDITIONED - Less than 1% of the items that we sell are reconditioned units by the manufacturer.
