All buyers use equipment at their own risk. We will not be liable for any damages while using this equipment. All responses to questions assume that the person asking the question is trained and competent to use/work on the equipment.
While the manufacturer may have a warranty for the goods sold through BrandNewEngines Inc, we make no warranties, implied, or expressed, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness with respect to such goods.
In no event shall BrandNewEngines Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect special punitive or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from the loss of use, data, profits, etc.

WARRANTY
All of our products are new (never used) and are from manufacturers authorized distributors or direct from manufacturer. Any product otherwise will be noted.
All warranty work must be done by an authorized warranty dealer. BrandNewEngines Inc. is an authorized sales dealer for all items we sell. We are authorized for warranty repair for some of the products we carry. If warranty work is needed, please contact us and we will locate a warranty center for you. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with warranty work, including shipping and transportation to a service center. |
Purchase of any product on our website, orders by phone, fax or mail order confirms that you have read our policies and agree with them in whole.
